A refund is not a credit.
100% of the fees paid to SurgeonSEO for the first three months, including any SurgeonSEO setup fee, are refunded if the agreed target is missed under the written terms.
- 01 / The success test
- One primary target, an agreed baseline, and a measurement source are recorded in the proposal. Qualified organic inquiries may be considered when reliable attribution is available. No universal numerical target is promised before assessing the practice.
- 02 / The time period
- The agreement records the start and end dates of the first three calendar months. Required access, content approvals, and eligibility conditions are set out before payment.
- 03 / The fees covered
- The refund covers all SurgeonSEO fees for that period, including a SurgeonSEO setup fee if charged. Separately approved third-party expenses are identified upfront and are not included in SurgeonSEO fees.
- 04 / The review
- The outcome is compared with the original target using the agreed data. The service agreement sets the evaluation and refund-payment deadlines. A missed target is not replaced with a rise in impressions or a different keyword.
