Privacy notice
This notice explains the information collected through the SurgeonSEO website and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, email, practice name, website, location, service interest, and message. Do not include patient names, medical records, or other health information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your practice’s needs, prepare a relevant proposal, and maintain the correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and providers
Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. Technical logs may include device, connection, and request information needed for operation and security. We do not sell inquiry data.
Cookies and external resources
This website does not include advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics. Its hosting platform may use cookies for access and essential functionality. Fonts are delivered through Google Fonts, so your browser contacts that provider. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Call scheduling with Cal.com
Inline booking calendars load from Cal.com. When a calendar loads, your browser contacts that provider and shares connection information needed to display it. Campaign tags in the page URL may be passed to the calendar; unrelated URL parameters and audit-form contents are not automatically forwarded. Information you enter in the calendar is processed by Cal.com and shared with us to arrange the call. Please do not include patient names, records, or other health information.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form and select Privacy request. Do not send identity documents through the form.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change when the website or its data practices change. Review it before providing information.
